Now just under a week to go - crazy!

House didn't sell (pooey) coz the Real Estate Agent is a knob and a dishonest one at that! So we're renting out the place. If you know someone who's interested, let us know!

All other plans are continuing on. We went searching for houses on the internet on the weekend and found the perfect place - it's just too far away from Newbury! Hopefully it's just one of hundreds available to us.

With only six sleeps to go - there's a lot to do! So have kept this brief.

Geoff and Bridge

Well,

Who'd have thought we'd be here - Geoff and Bridge off on our Grand Adventure. Crazy!

It's two weeks before Geoff leaves and at the moment it's less about being 'wriggly with excitement' and 'counting the sleeps' and more about 'squitty nerves' and 'I leave in HOW MANY DAYS! Shit!'

A few things to do before we venture up over:

• The house is on the market and up for tender - closes on Wednesday and we're ever hopeful that we'll get the price we need
• LOTS to do at work as there's no handover to the new person
• Packing up the house
• Finding a home for our beloved pussy cats - Smudge and Amelie

So much to do and so little time!

Bridge will follow me around the end of the November (in fact I'll come home to pick her up - I'm looking forward to being with her during the journey - nerves and excitement ahoy!
